As part of your application to the No GenAI Game label, certain information regarding your project, team, or studio may be provided to No GenAI Game.

The data and documents submitted are used solely for:

• reviewing your application;
• communicating regarding the label;
• validating your membership;
• promoting your project if it is accepted.

To facilitate the review process, you may also provide a link to a shared folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Infomaniak Drive, or equivalent) containing logos, screenshots, illustrations, trailers, press kits, media assets, or any other materials you wish to make available.

These materials remain the property of their respective creators. As part of the application process and, if accepted, the promotion of your project, No GenAI Game may use the materials voluntarily provided to showcase your game across its communication channels, including its website, Steam Curator, social media platforms, articles, reviews, tests, videos, showcases, events, and other content related to the label.

Whenever a more significant feature is planned (dedicated post, joint communication, interview, in-depth review, video presentation, showcase feature, or any content specifically highlighting your project), the studio, team, or developer concerned will be contacted beforehand to discuss the proposed content and confirm their participation if they wish.

Whenever possible, No GenAI Game favors the use of shared folders over local storage of submitted files.

The data and materials provided are never sold, transferred, or shared with third parties without your consent.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may at any time request:

• access to your information;
• modification of your data;
• deletion of your data;
• removal of your project from the label;
• removal of content used in the label's communications.
